Condensed Milk Toast

Hey all,

We all like to indulge in some guilty pleasures right?! Here’s my guilty pleasure and it’s very easy to make. Bread and butter/jam is a default breakfast when there’s no dosa batter or rava (for upma) at home. But what if you have yummy cravings in the middle of the night? You cannot order anything online or run to a cake shop nearby. Fear not, Bread and condensed milk is for your rescue! Let me warn you, this is not a healthy option (so health freaks, stay away), but you can always indulge in these guilty pleasures once in a while.




Brown bread is ‘illegal’ for this recipe. Choose white bread for this; even better, if sandwich bread is available, because they are softer, bigger and tastier than the ordinary white bread.
  •         Cut those sides *eeww*
  •          Spread unsalted butter on both sides
  •          Toast the bread on both sides on a hot tawa for 40 seconds on each side.
  •          Stack those bread toasts sideways and generously pour condensed milk on them.
